Practice Director

With over 30 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Saeng brings a wealth of knowledge in practice management and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer care. Throughout her career, she has helped build and support thriving practices by combining industry expertise with a personalized, relationship-driven approach.

Outside of work, Saeng enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new places, discovering great food, and listening to country music.

Joy

Surgical Tech, Clinical Coordinator

Joy is Dr. Beck’s Certified Surgical Technologist as well as the Clinical Coordinator, providing patient care from the first consultation to the day of surgery, as well as post-operatively. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, she provides a level of comfort and nurturing that puts every patient at ease. On days off, Joy enjoys gardening and visiting the beach.

Lisa

CST, Surgical First Assistant

After growing up in Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA Lisa moved to Charlotte, NC in 2000. She has been a Surgical Assistant for the past twenty years assisting in General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Dermatology, and her favorite, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. As a Breast Cancer Survivor, she values life more than ever and loves to make people feel good about themselves. When not assisting in surgeries, Lisa loves to cook, work out, hike and most of all be a mom to her two beautiful girls.

Connie

Patient Care Specialist

Connie is a patient care specialist at Beck Aesthetic Surgery, and her favorite part about her job is her interactions with patients, her coworkers and learning new things! She was born in Detroit, MI and lived in California and Florida before making Charlotte her home. She loves the people and the family-oriented lifestyle that Charlotte offers. Outside of work, she loves doing outdoor activities with her kids and husband.

Lexi

Patient Care Specialist

As a dedicated Patient Care Specialist, Lexi brings warmth, compassion, and personalized attention to every patient from the moment they walk through the door. With a genuine passion for helping others, she ensures each individual feels supported and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.

Her love for the industry extends beyond the office—Lexi enjoys doing makeup and all things skincare at home, always staying up to date on the latest beauty trends and treatments.

Outside of work, she cherishes quality time with her husband and daughter, making memories together and enjoying the everyday moments that matter most.

Jenny

Nurse Manager of Surgical Services

With over 20 years in healthcare and surgical services, Jenny brings expertise, compassion, and steady leadership to our surgical team. Her background spans orthopedic, neurological, robotic, and trauma surgery coordination, paired with a graduate degree in legal services that enhances her ability to bridge socioeconomic healthcare needs for patients.

Outside the OR, Jenny enjoys life with her husband and two energetic children. She loves reading, bootcamp workouts, and exploring new cuisines in the kitchen. When the weather is right, you’ll often find her and her family hiking, kayaking, or camping together.

Lauren W.

Registered Nurse

Lauren is a dedicated and experienced nurse with over 11 years in the healthcare field, including 7 years specializing in plastic and aesthetic surgery. A proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Lauren brings a solid clinical foundation and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. She is known for offering meticulous pre- and post-operative care, ensuring that patients feel safe, informed, and supported throughout their journey. Whether assisting in the operating room or guiding patients through their recovery, she is deeply committed to helping patients feel confident and empowered in their own skin.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and son, embracing the joys of family life. Together, they love exploring the outdoors and frequenting the beach, where they can unwind and create lasting memories.

Eric

Surgical Technician

With 25 years of experience in surgical services, Eric brings unmatched skill and precision to the operating room. His career began in trauma and orthopedic services in New York City, where he honed his expertise in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. In 2018, he was honored with a Good Citizen Award for helping save a man’s life.

Outside of work, Eric lives for his family and enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. A skilled outdoor cook, he’s especially known for his mastery of the smoker, and his adventures have even included kayaking alongside alligators.

Crystal

Surgical Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator

Crystal is a Surgical Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator with over 22 years of experience in the operating room. She is known for her precision, professionalism, and commitment to providing exceptional care from pre-op to recovery. Working directly alongside Dr. Stepp, Crystal plays a key role in ensuring each procedure runs smoothly, collaborating closely with both surgeons and patients to deliver a seamless and supportive surgical experience.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys traveling to tropical destinations, spending time with her husband and fur babies, and watching Alabama Football!

Kristin

Patient Care Coordinator

Kristin, our Patient Care Coordinator is from Las Vegas, NV. She has over a decade of experience in the plastics & reconstruction industry, starting her career as a surgical technician. In recent years, she relocated to the Carolinas with her family, where they embraced a new chapter of life. In her free time, she cherishes moments spent with loved ones, whether they're on the soccer fields, or exploring the area. Balancing work and family keeps her grounded and fulfilled.

Marketing Coordinator

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Lauren leads all things marketing at Beck Aesthetic Surgery and Surface Medspa, overseeing social media, print, and advertising with a fresh, creative eye. Known for her adaptability and deep understanding of today’s digital landscape, she blends strategy with aesthetic sensibility to grow and elevate the brand.

She thrives in a collaborative environment and values the opportunity to learn from a highly skilled team. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, snowboarding, concerts, and spending time with her dog. Passionate about travel, food, and self-growth, she’s always exploring new ways to evolve personally and professionally.
