Surgical Tech, Clinical Coordinator

Joy is Dr. Beck’s Certified Surgical Technologist as well as the Clinical Coordinator, providing patient care from the first consultation to the day of surgery, as well as post-operatively. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, she provides a level of comfort and nurturing that puts every patient at ease. On days off, Joy enjoys gardening and visiting the beach.

Darla

Patient Care Coordinator

Darla is the Practice Manager and Patient Care Coordinator for Beck Aesthetic Surgery. In these positions, Darla oversees all areas of practice management and patient care. Darla has been in the plastic surgery industry for over 15 years and enjoys all areas and being part of an amazing team. Her passion has also been sharing a patient’s surgical or aesthetic journey with them from the initial phone call to their final reveal! “It is so rewarding seeing the excitement and confidence a patient feels after their procedure as they start their new chapter.” Darla always enjoys spending time with her son & daughter and being active! Loves running, hiking, weight training, yoga and going to concerts & shows & restaurants, and traveling.

Lisa

Surgical Tech

After growing up in Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA Lisa moved to Charlotte, NC in 2000. She has been a Surgical Assistant for the past twenty years assisting in General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Dermatology, and her favorite, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. As a Breast Cancer Survivor, she values life more than ever and loves to make people feel good about themselves. When not assisting in surgeries, Lisa loves to cook, work out, hike and most of all be a mom to her two beautiful girls.

Ariel

Social Media Specialist

Ariel was born and raised in Waxhaw, NC. She has over a decade of Front Office Management experience working with Med Spa and Plastic Surgery patients. After discovering the diverse world of Aesthetic Medicine, she has not looked back and loves learning about every procedure and product in our ever-evolving industry! At her core, Ariel truly enjoys taking care of patients and ensuring they receive the best care and experience possible. She says, “I love coming into work every day, knowing I will be making a positive difference!” She is also a mom of 3 beautiful girls and is married to her high school sweetheart. On the weekends, you can find Ariel with her family at the dirt bike track or in the garage restoring one of their many project cars!

Victoria

Medical Esthetician

Victoria is originally from Texas, but spent the last 17 years in New York City. She graduated from Dermalogica Academy and the Manhattan Institute, prestigious training facilities in NYC where she earned her esthetician and phlebotomy licenses and laser certification. Victoria has extensive chemical peel training and over a decade of experience with lasers and microneedling, including enhancing treatments with essential growth factors. Addicted to her trade, Victoria consistently keeps abreast of the industry, always seeking new ingredients, treatments & technology that deliver real results. Victoria will guide you step-by-step on the path to healthy and radiant skin. It’s her goal to help you understand what is going on holistically, to prescribe a skincare regimen and treatment plan that works perfectly for you, to help you understand what and why you are using it, and to help you know the confidence that comes with clear, glowing and gorgeous skin! Victoria loves to hike, scuba dive, cook and spend time with her husband, new baby and Pomeranian Georgette.

Jennifer

Practice Director

Jen has always had a passion for caring for people. She has over 20 years of experience in medical office management and has recently joined plastic and cosmetic surgery. Originally from Rhode Island she is happy to call Carolina’s home. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family, taking the nova to the next no prep race, or watching sports.

Connie

Patient Care Specialist

Connie is a patient care specialist at Beck Aesthetic Surgery, and her favorite part about her job is her interactions with patients, her coworkers and learning new things! She was born in Detroit, MI and lived in California and Florida before making Charlotte her home. She loves the people and the family-oriented lifestyle that Charlotte offers. Outside of work, she loves doing outdoor activities with her kids. Her favorite product is ZO Polish.

Evelyn

Clinic Coordinator

Evelyn is our Clinic Coordinator and has been in the plastic surgery industry for 7 years. “Educating patients on all of the possibilities is exciting to me because sometimes a small change can make a BIG difference.” Evelyn enjoys sharing her knowledge of the treatments and procedures Dr. Beck and the team have spent years perfecting so that we can give you the best result possible. Evelyn also loves to spend time with her sons and cooking with her boyfriend.
