We set all appointments over the phone, as our schedule changes quickly in real time. All appointments are first come, first served and we do maintain a waiting list.
A valid credit card number is required at the time you call to schedule your consultation.
The consultation fee is based on the procedure type. You will be notified of the cost before scheduling you consultation.
You must present a government issued identification at the time of your consultation.
Please be prepared to have your photo taken before Med Spa procedures and at surgical consultations. These photos will only be used as part of your medical record. Unless you give express permission, they will not be used in any kind of social media, internet, or print advertising. We reserve the right to refuse treatment in the event you refuse to have your photos taken.
Cancellation, Reschedule & No Show Fees
For all new consultation and Med Spa appointments, failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least one full business day before your scheduled appointment time will result in a fee of $150. Business days include Monday-Friday. Monday appointments must be cancelled by Friday.
A valid credit card will be taken when you schedule your appointment and will be charged the aforementioned fee in case of failure to cancel or reschedule within the prescribed period.
If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled. Unfortunately, this pushes back the entire schedule and it is unfair for the patients who are after you.
For All MedSpa and Injectable appointments, we reserve the right to charge $150 Reschedule Fee to compensate our providers for lost time on their schedules.
A deposit is paid at the time you schedule your surgery.
The balance of your remaining surgery fees are due three (3) weeks prior to your scheduled date of surgery.
Patients who cancel their surgery will be responsible for a non-refundable $500 processing fee.
Patients who cancel their surgery with less than twenty-one (21) calendar days notice prior to their date of surgery forfeit their entire deposit amount.
We will assist with billing for Out of Network benefits for certain procedures. The patient is responsible for full payment of all services including deductibles prior to booking surgery.
We are not responsible for insurance documentation, reimbursement, denials, appeals, etc.
There will be a $50 fee to have our staff complete any Medical Leave paperwork on your behalf.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and CareCredit financing for all services.
A $35 service fee is assessed on all returned checks. Payment of this fee and all past due amounts must be received prior to receiving any additional services from our office.
When paying by credit card, you must have matching photo identification. Under no circumstances will we accept a credit card without matching identification. This includes CareCredit.
When it comes to your plastic surgery procedure, Dr. Beck and his team want to make as easy an experience as possible. Our team will help you work out the financial logistics of your procedure. We accept Care Credit as well as major credit cards, including Visa, American Express and MasterCard.
