Your initial consultation fee is applied to the surgeon’s fees if you schedule your procedure within six months of that appointment. At the time you schedule your surgery, a deposit is required, with the balance due two weeks prior to your procedure. If you choose to add another procedure to be performed in the same surgical appointment, you have the option to add it up to seven days prior to your appointment, with added costs payable at that time.
Should you decide to cancel your surgery, you will be responsible for a non-refundable processing fee of $500. Those who cancel surgery less than 21 days prior to surgery will forfeit the entire deposit amount.
When it comes to your plastic surgery procedure, Dr. Beck and his team want to make as easy an experience as possible. Our team will help you work out the financial logistics of your procedure. We accept Care Credit as well as major credit cards, including Visa, American Express and MasterCard.
We require a credit card on file at the time of booking all appointments, with a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. The cancellation fees are as follows:
- Consultations or Injectable Appointments: $150
- MedSpa Appointments (Including but not limited to: Laser treatments, skin consults, facials): $75
- To reschedule surgery within two weeks of the planned date may involve a re-booking administrative fee.
We require 24-hour notice to reschedule appointments with our various providers, or to cancel an appointment. No-shows or last-minute changes to a scheduled appointment will incur a $150 charge.
